What is actually needed to have a fully functional website?
1. A domain name/website address - for example www.yourdomain.co.uk
2. Designed Web Pages
3. Hosting Space - Where you website is stored online.

All 3 are included in every website package if they are needed.


How quickly could we have your website up and running?
Our record is 2 Days!! That was not ideal, but it can be done. We recommend 7 to 10 days from date of order.


Do we charge for updating your website?
This is where we are miles ahead of our competition.

If you want to make a small change on your website like a change in prices, a menu, some text or the odd photograph we do NOT charge. These changes take very little time for us to do so we do them for FREE.

However, if you are looking to add pages to your website, or a photo gallery or a change in the design then we would have to charge something for this as it takes us quite a long time to do. As im sure you will understand, if what you need doing takes up a lot of our time we would have to charge, otherwise we will do it for FREE.


What are the costs involved with getting us to design your website?
There are 2 costs for you to think about when we do your website.

1. The one off initial design fee
This is the price agreed between you and ourselves before we go ahead and design your website. It is likely to be the price of one of our web design packages.

2. Annual renewal fee
This is the small annual fee you pay us to renew and maintain all the technical stuff like your Domain Name, Hosting Space, Bandwidth etc. The price is currently £60. Your first annual renewal is due one year from the date of setup.


What do APUS need from you?
All we need from you is the text content for the website (the wording for the pages) This can be added at the last minute, once the design is complete.

We try to encourage our customers to get slightly involved with the design. Ideas of colours, layouts and anything else you want for your website. We pride ourselves in meeting our own design expectations but at the same time listening to the customer and allowing them a degree of involvement with the design of their own website is also very important.

Too many website designers charge extortionate rates without listening to what their customers want and even when they do listen they tend to disagree with them. We think its very important for you to get what you want from your website. Then again, if you have no idea what you would like, don't worry, leave it all to us.
